This is the full CruiseDoc Medical Department Management System with no limitations or reservations.

- Install it on a computer at the home office and try it out. The demo version is limited to 10 patient records.
- Contact us for a full license (read the EULA here).
- Convert your home office version into the full version.
- Customize it to your liking - you will need to enter your own fee schedule, update the formulary and supply lists, and put your own logo on the forms and templates.
- Add your own forms and templates if you want.
- Deploy the customized system to a ship and orient the onboard medical staff (our user manual and video tutorials will help here.)
- Test the transmission of medical records between ship and HQ.
- Fine tune the system with updates of formulary, supplies, fee changes, new forms and templates, etc.
- Deploy the system fleetwide.
- US$9,779 - Single workstation installation and setup. This includes telephone support and consultation as necessary.
- US$14,779 - Two workstation (at the same physical location) installation and setup.
- US$17,779 - Three workstation (at the same physical location) installation and setup.
- US$2,000 - each additional workstation (at the same physical location) installation and setup
Annual Maintenance Fees (beginning 1 January 2004):
An annual maintenance contract is required for each installation.
- US$999/year - single workstation
- US$1499/year - two workstation installation
- US$399/year for each additional workstation at an installation
Forms and Report Services:
We encourage everyone to create their own templates and forms, however, if you prefer our staff to do it the following fees apply:
- US$150 - half page form/template
- US$250 - full page form/template
- US$100 - each additional half page form/template
Custom reports are also available if you want to have something different than the wide variety of reports already in CruiseDoc. Just tell us what you want and we'll quote you a price. Expect it to be in the US$900-US$3,000 range.
